The personnel is very kind and wants to help you 24/7. The breakfast is cheap and very good, even as the other meals in the restaurant. The room was also very clean.
The towels are cleaned every 3 days, I would prefer every day. The traffic in front of the hotel is very bussy, the road to the city centre takes long

The hotel is a straightforward low-budget option ideal for a longer stay. The breakfast selection offers delicious items. The units are quiet and have coffee makers. The staff is friendly. The hotel has an amazing location near a giant shopping mall.

We booked a double room and when we arrived it was two separate bed but the reception did nothing !!! The room was awful, dirty.. the sheet was destroyed. On Saturday evening, there was a party dowstair with music to the end of the night. No respect for the client. Very noisy. My stay there was very unplaisand and tiring. It s better to sleep in the car than in this hotel !!!. My advice : avoid it.

We came late and left early next morning so we have a limited experience from the stay. It was however easy to feel it was a nice hotel with an atmosphere. Perhaps one of the most interesting facts for us was that it was a jewish hotel in the old, jewish part of Krakow.
They did not try to hide theis jewish ancestry. We got a good explanation from the receptionist. We also appreciated the excellent breakfast.

Staying at the hotel,I eanjoyed cosy and quiet room. I shouldn't lift my laggage by myself, the elevator was perfect there. The food at the restaurant was fresh and cooked well. When I needed an iron, the staff kindly brought it to my room.
First of all I would like to pay your attention at wi-fi connection. The connection was terrible and I couldn't work, talk on SKYPE,and even to check my e-box in the morning to know if something was changed with my flight. I didn't have the connection in my room and at the reception was the same. I couldn't find a hair-dryer.:( Why you don't have some for any case??

Price is good, breakfast is good.
Rooms were not so clean, lots of hair from other people on the matrass. Yeast in the bathroom, a puke spot in the carpet next to my bed. This all together made me feeling uncomfortable in this room. Although it could have been worse of course... The hotel is very far away from the center, around 9 km's.

basic accommodation but what we would expect for the price of a room really cannot complain you get what you pay for and that was more than enough for the price we paid
if i had to be over critical i would suggest basics like a kettle a few cups or glasses. location wise of this hotel was further out than we would have hoped from Krakow centre

Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms especially with a baby crib. The staff was great and kind and provided us with tips. We didn't have time, so that's why we would like to come again.
